What does "Access Pending" mean when I hover over the Facebook icon?

When running Social Media Ads on Lynkem, you have to grant the platform access to run the ads on your Facebook and Instagram pages. When the Facebook icon is gray and says "Access Pending", it means that you have not granted the required access for that Retailer location. To resolve this, 

  • Go to the Navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen
  • Click on the Retailer Locations menu option
  • Select the desired location and press Edit
  • Scroll down to the Social Account Access section and click on the Grant Access button
  • Follow the prompts to grant Lynkem access to the proper page for this retail location.  Don't worry, we won't have any rights to do anything other then publish ads to this page.

**Important Tip: If you have multiple locations, you should have a separate Facebook page for each location. It's not required but it is recommended. 

If you want to share the same page across multiple locations, you just need to edit each location and grant access for each location individually.
