Can I Have the Same Contact Email Across All My Store Locations?
Yes, the same contact email can be assigned to all of your store locations. This will allow a single person to receive notifications from BrandSlice for all of your store locations.
To Change Your Contact Email
- Find 'Store Locations' on the left navigation menu
- Select the box in front of the location you want to modify and click 'Edit'
- Click on 'Edit' in the Contact Information section
- Enter the new email address into the Contact Email field
- Press 'Save' when finished
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The email entered when setting up a new account must be unique on the Lynkem system. However, once your account is set up, this email can be changed to whatever you'd like.
