What If My Email Is Already in Use?

Unique emails are required to create a user account on BrandSlice userids. If you receive the message that a user account already exists, you should try and determine where this email may have been used before. It may be that the user was an employee of another BrandSlice customer previously


Troubleshooting Tips

  1. If an email is in use with another Retailer account, please contact the Admin for that account and try to have them deactivate your user account. 
  2. Contact BrandSlice support. They will be able to deactivate the account so that the email can be used to set up a new user account.
