Accessing Store Location Settings 

  1. Scroll down to the 'Store Locations' section on the ShopCast page. 
  2. Now, select the store which you would like to edit by click the check box next to its name 
  3. Select 'Edit' at the top of the screen 


Shopping Channels 

Shopping Channel settings at the Store Location level can be changed for any of the four channels; Google Search Ads, Surfaces Across Google, Facebook Shops, and (coming soon!) Instagram Shops. 

  1. Scroll to Shopping Channels section 
  2. Select the gear icon at the bottom of the channel in which you intend to change settings for 
    1. Any settings changed here will only be changed for the store location you selected

Google Across Surfaces

Flipping over the Google tile will show you options such as these. 

You may enable/disable your Google Across Surfaces service with just the click of a button. 

Your daily budget for only this store location is set here by clicking 'Set Location Specific Budget' > enter budget > click 'Save'



Google Merchant Center 

Google Merchant Center has slightly different controls in its settings than Google Across Surfaces. 

You can still enable or disable this channel for this store location, but now you do not need to set a budget! 


Facebook Marketplace

Here are the controls for the Facebook/Instagram social media posts. 

Similar to the Google Merchant Settings, you can either disable or enable this channel for this store location


Contact Information Settings

    Update Address 

    1. Scroll down to Contact Information Settings 
    2. Click 'Edit' next to the address information
    3. Enter your new address information or choose from the following radii: 5 mi, 10 mi, 15 mi, 25 mi, 35 mi, 50 mi, 75 mi, or 100 mi in the pop up provided
    4. Press 'Save' in the pop up and when finished 

    Update Phone Number

    1. Scroll down to Contact Information Settings 
    2. Click in the phone number field and enter new number 
    3. Press 'Save' at the bottom of the screen

    ⚠️  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the information presented for each retailer is completely correct, since this data will be used in ads created.


Inventory Filter Settings

Inventory Filter settings allow you to control which products will be included when a store's inventory is refreshed on each of the shopping channels you have activated. These settings are applied at the product UPC level.  

  • MSRP must be greater than -  This setting controls which product UPC's will be published daily to the shopping channels by comparing the value you set here against the MSRP listed in the Brands product catalog. You can set this value to 0 if you want to include every product, regardless of the price. 
  • Must have at least {number} item(s) in stock - This setting controls which product UPC's will be published daily to the shopping channels by comparing the value you set here against the actual quantity on hand for that UPC included in the nightly inventory feed from each store. 
  • Show Actual Quantity on Hand - This setting determines whether the actual quantity you have on hand for each product UPC will be included in Google Search Ads shopping channel. This setting has no effect on the other shopping channels since these do not reference quantities.

Change Filter Settings

  1. Scroll to Inventory Filter Settings  
  2. Click in the box for which you would like to change the value for (either minimum MSRP or minimum in stock)
  3. Additionally, you have the option of turning on or off the ability of customers to see the actual quantities of the advertised items in this store front 

Locally Connection Settings 

This section shows your store number as assigned by Locally.com. You should not have to enter or change anything because it will be automatically filled by BrandSlice. 

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not change this value unless you are absolutely sure you need to. If the number you have entered is not the correct store number assigned to you by Locally.com, then your ShopCast ads will not run.
